For purchase or rent: do you have a client to refer us?

Groupe Métrocité welcomes real estate agents. If you have a customer to refer us for one of our projects, we offer 1.5% commission for condo. A 500$ commission (per condo) is offered for a rental reference.

Please contact Paul Alexandre at 514-316-8003 or by email ventes@metrocite.ca, in order to register your name on the list of affiliated agents and explain the procedure that follows. Your only involvement is to bring us the customer and we will take care of the sale.

* The commissionable sale price excludes the extras purchased by the referred customer. The real estate broker must have identified himself and his client before the client’s first visit and the commission form must be completed and signed by both parties.
