The visit of the model condo

This visit at the model condo with the sales representative will allow you to see the different models, prices of the condo units and materials included. The sales representative will explain the advantages of the project as well as the main points according to your needs.

Promissory purchase signature

Once you have determined the condo of your needs, you will sign the promissory purchase offer with the sales representative. The preliminary contract will provide the delivery date of your condo unit, the purchase price and the progressive deposits. Upon signing of this contract, the first deposit must be given.

Request for mortgage loan approval with the financial institution

Once the preliminary contract is accepted by the builder, an appointment is scheduled with the builder’s lending institution to finance the condo. Upon approval of the mortgage loan, a second deposit is required.

Color choice

At this step, accompanied with the sales representative, you will finalize the interior finishings and determine your choices of colors (kitchen cabinets, floors, ceramic, vanity, handles and granite). These selections will be the final choices for your condo.

The first visit of your condo

At this first and only visit during the construction process, accompanied by the project manager, you will verify the electricity plan (electrical outlets, cable and phone). You can take all the measurements of the windows for your future window covering (verticals, curtains, etc.)

Final inspection of the condo

This last visit of your condo occurs before the signature of the deed of sale. The project manager will walk you through your condo unit explaining the function of the mechanical system as well as confirming that your color choices were respected.

Signing the mortgage loan and deed of sale

At the notary’s appointment, all deposits (if necessary) need to be handed in and you will then sign your mortgage loan agreement as well as the sale of your condo unit. The notary will publish your deed of sale at the office of publicity rights and then the final deposit based on your mortgage agreement will be transferred to the builder.
