Notary fees are included if the client takes a mortgage with the builder’s financial institution, the Caisse populaire des Milles-Îles. If the client does not wish to transact with the Caisse populaire des Milles-Îles, a 500.00$ up to 2 500$ plus taxes mortgage discharge fee will be charged to the client in addition to the notary fees. No account holdbacks will be accepted from any other financial institution.
